In the form elements menu, select ***Layout*** and click next to the existing column in the header to create a new one. Reduce its size to 2 units to display the logo at an appropriate size. Then, add an ***Image*** component inside the new column and, in the ***Resource Name/URL*** field in the properties section, enter the same name of the image you uploaded earlier. To ensure the form title displays correctly, adjust the size of the widest column, which contains the ***Text*** element, to 10 units.
