Instance Management in Teams and the Portal

Navigate fluently through the RPA Connect Portal and the Teams application for tracking and managing forms, understanding the functionality of their interface and main features.

Proper instance management, as well as interpreting the events associated with them, is as crucial a part of the process as designing forms or managing the profiles that will have access to them. By completing this section, you will be able to:

  • View the forms assigned to you in the roles of Contributor or Manager.

  • Manage, organize, and review received and sent instances.

  • Understand the functionality of status indicators and Teams notifications to obtain relevant information for each stage of the process.
